1. How will my order be shipped to me?
All orders from both from WITHIN and OUTSIDE the United States are shipped USPS, either by first class with tracking or Priority Mail with tracking.  All packages are plain and discrete, giving no indication of what is inside. International packages that require customs forms will have only “Vitamin Supplements” written under the product description so as to keep the packaging discrete

2. I have a medical related question. Can you answer it for me?

For all medical questions, please talk to a doctor. We’d love to be able to help you, but we are not licensed physicians and do not have access to your medical history.

3. How long will it take for my order to arrive?

USA orders are shipped USPS and take 7 to 10 business days at the very most. International Orders can take 10 to 21 business days depending on customs clearance, but USUALLY they arrive much sooner.

4. How can I order HairIntegro? Is it available in stores?

HairIntegro can be ordered through our website only, as we do not have any local distributors that sell at retail locations. We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover Card) through Google Checkout OR through SecureNet.

6. How can I learn how to use HairIntegro correctly?

The usage instructions are on our website under the “How it Works” link, and you can also read how to use HairIntegro on your product packaging once you receive it.

7. How can I track my order?

Once you place an order with us you will receive a tracking link in your shipping confirmation email within a couple business days. Please allow up to 5 business days for tracking status to appear in our system.

8. How much are shipping costs?

Shipping is a flat $6.95 for almost all orders in the U.S. and a flat $12.95 for almost all orders outside of the U.S. We ship to all countries.

9. How do I return a product if I am not satisfied?

We really hope this is not the case, but if it is, you will need to use our Contact Form to contact us and we’ll give you further information about returning your product and obtaining your refund.
